Meet the Team
Lenah is an Australian-Lebanese scholar and policy professional who grew up in Adelaide, Australia. Her parents, particularly her father, were her first mentors. A lawyer in Lebanon, her father earned his degree studying by candlelight while gunshots rang through Tripoli. His journey of hardship and resilience shaped Lenah’s values and drove his determination to create greater opportunities for his four daughters in Australia. In 2017, Lenah was awarded a fully funded scholarship to attend New York University Abu Dhabi, her first time travelling internationally. The transition was not without challenge; she navigated homesickness, imposter syndrome, and cultural adjustment while learning to find her voice in a global academic environment. Lenah holds a Master’s in Social Policy from the University of Melbourne, where she was a recipient of the prestigious Westpac Future Leaders Scholarship. Professionally, she has worked as an Analyst at Tamkeen, an Abu Dhabi Government entity, and was selected for the Dubai Business Associates program, a highly competitive, nine-month, fully funded leadership program, through which she interned with DP World and the Executive Council in Dubai.
